Shipping Information
We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders, with most in-stock items shipping within
24 hours of ordering; however some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock; you will be alerted to any shipping delays at the time of your order. You will also be notified of any other delays beyond 10 days after placing your order. Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships.
Your freight charge will be pro-rated to the value of the shipment.

We also can ship your purchase as a gift to another party. Orders sent to P.O. Boxes can only be sent via USPS priority mail.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will be happy to accept returns for exchanges within five business days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and with the original tags affixed. We check all merchandise for defects or damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers' responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless the return is a result of an error on behalf of Matilda & Company.
